Well i sent a Pm to Bobo but got no responce, so mabey i can get an answer in here.
I am going to drop from a 5day split to a 3 day split and wondering how i should adjust my diet accordingly.. I am planning to keep protein the same, but undecided what to do with fat,and carbs.
