Okay I see that there has been a considerable change... but what about definition? How are you feeling with that one?

    Adams

  4. Adams -
In terms of definition, there has been less changes than I would I thought for that much weight loss. I have lost a lot of weight in my face and my arms look a bit more defined. I feel like I look like a smaller version of my prior self. My new goal is to get a six pack (I am hoping at around 175) so I'm thinking that the next 10 lbs I lose will make a huge difference. I hope so anyways....
I am 6 feet tall, same as Beowulf, so I am looking at his pictures at 173 and hoping I look the same at 175. We shall see. Maybe he can speak to the change from 185 to 175 and what kind of a difference it made.

  5. Classic example. You usually don't have as much muscle as you tihnk you had.

    Bull****.

My tantric scale said I was 275 of LBM!

  7. Yeah, those scales are great.

  8. -20lbs and only 1" on the arms, loss? Wow...great results bro.

And, 5" of waist on 20lbs is great, too!

Are you getting stronger? With those kind of changes, I'd guess you probably put on a lb or two of LBM.

  9. Thanks Kwyck.....
I haven't gotten much stronger.... A little bit in the arms and back, not much in the chest and legs... I realize that it is tough to get stronger while losing 20 lbs so I am happy with just keeping my strength....
I can't wait to start bulking.... Another 10 lbs......

  10. 10/30: (changes from 8/2)

    Weight: 182.5 lbs (-24.5 lbs)
    Arms: R 38.5 cm L 38 cm (R -3 cm L -2.5 cm)
    Chest 107 cm (-2.5 cm)
    Waist 82 cm (-12.5 cm)

I think I have been cheating a bit on my arms measurements. I finally got them correct now and they are smaller than before so the net loss in my arms may be less than what is above.

  11. 11/5: (changes from 8/2)
    Weight: 179.5 lbs (-27.5 lbs)
    Arms: 38.5 cm (R -3 cm L -2 cm)
    Chest: 106.5 cm (-3 cm)
    Waist: 81.5 cm (-13 cm)

  12. 11/12: (changes from 8/2)
    Weight: 180 lbs (-27 lbs)
    Arms: 38.5 cm (R -3 cm L -2 cm)
    Chest: 106 cm (-3.5 cm)
    Waist: 81 cm (-13.5 cm)

I see you reached that goal of 180... how is everything looking? Got that visible 6 pack?

    Adams

  14. Adams-
At 180, I am starting to see some definition in my stomach. Definitely no six pack yet. I think I may have to adjust my target weight down to 170 for the six pack. We'll see what I look like at 175.

    Drew

  15. Went off of the diet on Saturday and Sunday.... Hopefully that doesn't hurt me too badly.... it seems like I gained some weight.... We'll see.

  16. 11/20: (Changes from 8/2)

    Weight: 180.5 lbs (-26.5 lbs)
    Arms: R 38.5 cm L 38 cm (R -3 cm L -2.5 cm)
    Chest: 105.5 cm (-4 cm)
    Waist: 81 cm (-13.5 cm)

Diet was perfect this week (after Sunday and Monday).....

  17. 11/27: (changes from 8/2)

    Weight: 178.5 lbs (-28.5 lbs)
    Arms: R 38.5 cm L 38 cm (R -3 cm L -2.5 cm)
    Chest: 105.5 cm (-4 cm)
    Waist: 80.5 cm (-14 cm)

Diet was perfect other than Thanksgiving dinner and some pumpkin pie (mmmmm)......

  18. I have really enjoyed this read. Please continue!

  19. I see your measurments and everything, but could you also your overall feeling of wellbeing... how energy is.. and also is definition showing through... getting nice n cut?

    Adams

  20. Unfortunately I am going to have to stop working out for a while.... I injured my wrist lifting before I even started with Bobo and it hasn't gotten any better... It's really gotten worse.
I don't think the program had anything to do with this...
To answer your question, Adams, I am finally starting to get cut.... It's just really frustrating that this is happening now.
My overall experience with Bobo was very positive. I cannot recommend him enough. The service is totally worth it. Once my wrist heals, I will be back to train with him some more.
Thanks everyone for following along and for the encouragement along the way.

  21. Sometimes you just have to stop and heal.

    (Weight: 178.5 lbs (-28.5 lbs)

    You did a great job!
