I messed up my lower back doing military presses on a smith.
I was doing half reps at the top of the rep. I didnt notice
anything until the next day. I have been reclined in the
lazy boy for about a week. It is worse in the morning. It then
seems to loosen up as the day wears on. I am wondering if I
should be using a heating pad/ice, strecthing...
I want to avoid going to the doctor for now if I can...no
I gotta get back to work and the gym asap.
Any advice would be great.
