I was searching around some old threads and thought of a question. Bobo said that fats should be avoided within 2-3 hours after lifting or cardio, especially when cutting, because it puts more FFA's into the blood than can be oxidized, so many of them get re-absorbed into body fat, thus negating some of the fat-burning effects.
So if I do empty-stomach low-intensity AM cardio, and then eat breakfast before I go to work or school, should I not eat the two egg yolks that I usually keep in my eggs? Should I just eat the whites and avoid fats completely until my next meal? Also, should I avoid taking my fish oil caps with my breakfast and save them for the next meal in order to get rid of the fat after training? Or is this a little over-reacting? Thanks for the help.
