Should I switch to Sheiko?

I've been training for powerlifting specifically for the last four years or so, and as of a recent lifting comp on the FOB I'm stationed at, I'm at a 335 bench, 530 squat (belted), and a 630 deadlift (also belted).

I really haven't been running anything specific program-wise since getting here, although I have been making sure I get my heavy days and size days in with assistance thrown in for good measure.

Nonetheless, I've been reading up on some programs and the Sheiko Routines look pretty good, but will they help to raise my totals? Is the frequency enough? I have plenty of time to sleep and access to plenty of decent chow hall food so I've got those covered.

If anyone who's done them could chime in with their knowledge/experience, I'd be very appreciative.
