i was just wondering how many times a week u guys work out a specific muscle. 3 times a week? once a week? (no roids). was just wondering how u guys trained. thanx.
Pretty broad question bro. It really depends on your goals but usually hitting muscle once a week is good place to start. I switch things up all the time so I don't really stick to one regimine.
It depends onthe program you are using. HST would result in training a bodypart 3x a week. While frequency is important other factors may be of greater importance such as volume or intensity.
