Hit some Rep Work PR's im pretty proud about:

As of this morning at 152lbs -

Bench - 200lbs X 11 reps
(225lbs - 1RM last tested months ago)

Dead - 245lbs X 10 reps
(315lbs - 1RM last tested months ago)

Strict Press - 115lbs X 15 reps
(135lbs - 1RM last tested months ago)

Squat - 165lbs X 25 reps
(New PR Max 240lbs - last tested Tuesday)

These are all after my 5/3/1 BBB protocols
For press I got 145lbs Push Press X 3 reps last Thursday, however I feel push press is cheating lol

Pretty confident all of my lifts are going up, I want to hit a 300lb Squat, a 300lb Bench, a 375lb/400lb dead and a 175lb/205lb press...

All in due time brothers!

You dont "want" to hit those lifts man, you're gonna!! Always tell yourself you're GOING to do it, itll help push you along. The last person anyone wants to let down, is themselves, so give yourself some respect, and go set some PRs!!

Ive had nothing but support since I joined a few months back, so I feel like I should do the same. And to be honest with you, at 38, Im still just as competitive in everything I do as I Was in my teens. With that being said, I am not ashamed of staring that smart ass fother mucker in the mirror (me) and telling him I will out do him! Never lose that way brother, never.

At 152 lbs you're doing well!

Biggest factor is that you're progressing, must be doing it right
you need only consistency and time.

Getting those numbers there will probably see your LBM rise and put you over 160, any idea on a target weight?
Calories currently a slight surplus?

They are at a slight surplus, just got a grill for the new house so looking to rework the diet, tighten it up and increase that lean protein intake.. As long as diet is put together with thought and I'm not adding a lot of BF I think 160 I would be a powerhouse

Just had to try all out x 1 after the workout since it wasn't a reps+ week

Plus, Eye Of The Tiger cover came on, so I just had to go for it even more!

Damn right brother!! Happy for you! I told you you just had to convince yourself. Outstanding. And, just so you know, that little yell at the end, one of the best things you can do for yourself when you beat that guy in the mirror!! Good job.

Thanks man! Means a lot! I am GOING to hit 300lb! I told my brother in law I am hellbent on hitting that number and I will do it!
