Hit some Rep Work PR's im pretty proud about:
As of this morning at 152lbs -
Bench - 200lbs X 11 reps
(225lbs - 1RM last tested months ago)
Dead - 245lbs X 10 reps
(315lbs - 1RM last tested months ago)
Strict Press - 115lbs X 15 reps
(135lbs - 1RM last tested months ago)
Squat - 165lbs X 25 reps
(New PR Max 240lbs - last tested Tuesday)
These are all after my 5/3/1 BBB protocols
For press I got 145lbs Push Press X 3 reps last Thursday, however I feel push press is cheating lol
Pretty confident all of my lifts are going up, I want to hit a 300lb Squat, a 300lb Bench, a 375lb/400lb dead and a 175lb/205lb press...
