well i started a thread inquiring about supredrol and got blasted and was refered here lol.
have a pretty decent gym in my loft complex to use
i work mon-fri 7:30 to 4:30 i typically workout when i get off around 5:30
my goal is to get around 175lbs
currently taking CEE,ON Whey , and Muscle Milk
when i started working out again i gained about 8 lbs or so but i cant seem to get past that so i guess im stuck and need help
got a plan for me?
how long do you think it would take to reach my goals if im dedicated and stick to the program ?
