    well i started a thread inquiring about supredrol and got blasted and was refered here lol.

    Im 26
    6'2
    148

    have a pretty decent gym in my loft complex to use

    i work mon-fri 7:30 to 4:30 i typically workout when i get off around 5:30

    my goal is to get around 175lbs

    currently taking CEE,ON Whey , and Muscle Milk

    when i started working out again i gained about 8 lbs or so but i cant seem to get past that so i guess im stuck and need help

    got a plan for me?

    how long do you think it would take to reach my goals if im dedicated and stick to the program ?

  2. I'm sure someone will answer you more completely then I will.. but at 6'2" and 148 pounds.. your incredibly thin, and can't have alot of muscle either.

    Eating is your number one priority... 6 times a day or better... don't concern yourself with gaining fat... you need to eat alot more then what your use too.. You could use a good 1 year bulk. hehe.

  3. bobo will be able to set you straight bro. looking at your supps, you mentioned two different types protein powder which is most likely one of the problems right there. too many shakes in your diet and not enough food. in any case, bobo will definatley get you on the right track. good luck bro.

  5. I can help you but there is no time frame in wihch you can reach your goals. Nobody knows that until you do it.

  6. You'll need to slowly increase how much you eat until your stomach becomes larger to handle all the food. Turn yourself into a macro-processing machine!

  7. at Hypo.

    Increase your cals, make sure you are getting at least 200 grams protein per day. But don't bump the cals too fast. At your (and mine) age, that can turn to fat quickly. We aren't 18 any more.

  9. They all tell the truth. I know what it is like to be 142 because I was there once. Eat like its your second job, hire Bobo, and do EVERYTHING he tells you to do. In my plan he had me doing Muscle-Dances similar to rain dances but I can't argue it worked! hahaha
