Hey everyone, I wasn't sure where else I should post this, so I'm posting it here. Just today, I recently think I pulled my lower back deadlifting. I was doing a very submaximal lift (75% TM) and I wasn't grinding out reps, it just randomly happened. I felt like my back got really tight, dropped the weight, and afterwards, there was no actual pain anywhere. I just "felt it" in my lower back, so I tried decompressing my spine just by doing hanging pull ups (without the actual pull up motion) and then I went home, iced it, then heated it. So now I'm sitting here wondering, what should I do to recover from this? I feel a decrease in range of motion/sensation in my lower back, but no pain/restriction in any other body part, so I'm thinking it's a pulled muscle only, but who knows. This is my first/only back injury I've ever had...so I want to do this right.
