Strengh and bulking

i want to start bulking. im working on nights 5 day a week. im 22y. 181 pounds
its not to much?
im gonna add extra cals workout day 3000cals protein 220 carbs 300 fats 120 and no-w 2700 p200 c200 f120
and want to start ostarine for 6week and sup3r pct for 4week thinking about test booster/daa(???)
im training with this plan 2-3 months and im standing to getting weak(progres is stoping dont have power on training so much). change plan of wait and just make cals and start cycle?? in sundays im making hiit runing 5km plus 5 sprints for 100m
