Raise one leg during crunches

If you have problems feeling abs possibly because your pelvis is anteriorly rotated try this fix laydown assume standard xrunch position then raise one leg with knee bent and then crunch ,alternate each leg everyset

And focus on tilting the pelvis forward. especially in hanging leg crunches. it makes a world of difference!

Yes definitely unfortunately me and hanging leg crunches no longer agree i shall try them again tonight
