Hi everyone, I'm getting married in June and I want to lose weight and bodyfat for then (and forever lol) I'm currently 17 stone and 30% bf. I just need help setting short, medium and long term goals.
Can anyone help me with some realistic goals or provide some info on how to set goals effectively?

Thanks!

Short term is to just ease yourself into a cleaner diet. Dont go to over board at first cause then it will be too much of a shock to your system and difficult. So slowly transition into eatting clean and strict. Get a routine and stick to your workout plan and dont miss workouts. Being consistent is a big key so make another short term goal to not miss your workouts. Medium goal you could maybe shoot for shedding bodyfat, losing weight, and decreasing calories and set a goal each month. Long term is of course to shed bodyfat until you look how you want to look. Also i would recommend maybe checking out a thermogenic, raspberry ketones and CLA. Stacking these three products together will benefit you a lot when you combine eatting clean and training for losing weight. Check out some of the links to info and proudcts.
