On Tuesday and Thursday I will do HIIT cardio and ab work.
Sat and Sunday will be most likely rest days as the goal of this would be a lean bulk.
I am considering adding 1-2 accessory movements for lats and shoulders/rear delts on each day at 3 set of 20 just to get more blood flowing and help joint/cartilage integrity, but I don't want to ruin the program too much.... Thoughts?
