wrapping the knees has been shown to actually increase the chance for knee injuries, so wrapping may not be the best option.

but thank god squatting is a hip dominant movement. so if you have knee issues you may want to look at your form. for every story you see on someone with bad form and bad knees you find one with good form and rock solid knees.

I did end up getting 500+ it is a tad high... but moving in the right direction.

515lbs.

High and start working with commands. You didn't settle into position after the unrack before you started your squat. Depending on the fed, they're ultra anal about that and raw lifters don't get nearly as much slack.

I wanna say it's a Texas squat bar

Could be wrong on the brand I know our deadlift bar is a Texas bar

TSB is 55lbs. A Mastodon bar is 65lbs.
I will check for you tonight on the brand

We use a TSB, TPB, and TDB at my gym. The TSB is the only one that's not 45lbs. I'm curious as to what kind of bar it is.

Gotcha. Capps has been around for a long time now and their bars are pretty standard at meets.
