I am 15, 220 lbs, 6'0", and about 30% body fat. My goal is to flag pole, planche, or something along those lines. What do I need to do to build my core?
At 30% and 6ft your goal is a good ways down the road. No if ands or butts about it as the strength needed I just cant fathom you having yet. Flag poles are tough and tax the body as a whole. The above comment of losing weight needs to go in hand with slowly building yourself up as well. Wont be an easy road and it shouldn't if this goal is to carry real merit to you.
