Hey guys, lately my left shoulder has been giving me a little bit of trouble and every time I do any sort of weighted press at the gym, there is a slight pain due to minor rotator cuff damage. Anyways, I've slowed down on weights for about a month and a half and have been slacking off, and the last time I tried the flat bench with a medium wide grip, it killed my shoulder again. However, I've been doing a lot of cardio and swimming to shred down a bit over the winter. Long story short, I can do push-ups without any pain and was wondering if anybody out there could give me a strengthening calisthenic workout routine that I could make due with in my recovery time, as well as maybe some good shoulder rehab exercises. Any input is greatly appreciated.
