Juggernaut confusion


  1. I'm finished reading through 2.0, question I don't understand is CWS says he now prefers the reverse juggernaut method, but doesn't go into great detail about it. I know it would switch 5x10 to 10x5 but how does it effect the following waves Maxes?

  6. It is. But I'm not going to be able to hit anything heavy for a bit cap I'll run it for 16 weeks then jump back into 5/3/1 I think.

    It's literally the exact same thing as using the regular template. See page 28, which I think you skipped. Accumulation and Intensification blocks are different in the Inverted Method, but realization blocks are the same.
