So my girlfriend tore her Achilles almost 8 months ago now. It was a pretty good injury as from what I understand it was a complete tear. Either way, she has been going to the gym throughout to remain active but her true love is running. She just recently began running again and wants to run a 10k this summer to get back into it. What are some exercises she can do to help recover strength, ROM, and explosive power?
