Hi, I'm new to this but hoping to befriend someone who has similar goal to me. If anyone interested to make a plan with me to lose weight and tone up while providing daily reminders to each other like a team.. stick to a plan we agree on then that would be great. Somehow on my own I'm finding it difficult to motivate myself and I feel as if I need to have a purpose beyond my own health/fitness, some further purpose. Silly really but that's the case here. If you want to stick to agreement with me to push each other let me know.
