Due to time constraints, I will not be able to continue my current 5 day training split. Will be training every other day.

Little bit about my previous training:
Tried 5/3/1 BBB protocol with success
Tried PRRS with little success

Was looking to start on a new program, preferably one which incorporates high volume training, as I have had success with this philosophy in the past. Also looking for something a program with a very high intensity level in its workout. Am on a cut, so will also be adding 20 or so minutes of HIIT cardio at the end of each workout.
