  5. I know this can't be conducive to my prep but, I popped a ampitropin with my scoop of quake around 630pm last night. When in and hit triceps and chest (see workout below)

    Incline bench four warm up
    Incline bench- 3 triple drop sets of 14-16
    Incline fly- 3 drop sets of 12-14
    Tricep ext 4 warm ups
    Tricep ext- 3 triple drop sets of 15-20
    Cable kickbacks- 3 drop sets of 12-14

    So, it was a taxing workout. Now, the quake has caffeine and AMP citrate (albeit and undisclosed amount) and ampitropin has AMP citrate and caffeine in it as well. Let's say I haven't been to sleep.. My mind was RACING all night. Slept maybe an hour, tops.

    Here's a mental note- will not be doing that combo again

  15. I've been hitting my daily intake goals and feeling very full, also no cardio for now just lifting.. Stepped on the scale because I felt heavy and to my surprise I'm down 2lbs!! Completely shocked in a good way..

    So the BBQ is good too? I have had salad dressing, the chocolate and the caramel syrups and they are good but hadn't tried the bbq sauce I need this for my meats! Sometimes they are just hard to get down...

    The BBQ sauce is very good makes eating all this chicken much easier. I need to man scape this weekend and pics are coming

    Meal 2
    6oz turkey breast cutlet
    1c brown rice

    Meal 3
    6oz turkey breast cutlet
    8oz red skin potato

    Meal 4 (post workout)
    80g Myogenix aftershock in water

    Meal 5
    8oz tilapia w/hotsauce and lemon juice
    1oz sea salt almonds

    Meal 6 (last "meal" pre bed)
    2 scoop protein mixed in water
    2 tbsp pb

    Today's Y3T workout was shoulders and calves. Sucked balls.

    Seated lateral raise - 2 warm up
    Seated lateral raise- 2 triple drop sets of 12-15 reps per drop
    ISO front press- 2 working sets of 20-25 reps
    Db front raise- 2 drop sets of 12-15 reps per drop
    *rear delt destroyers- 3 sets triple drop sets
    Leg press toe press- 3 warm up
    Leg press toe press- 2 drop sets of 20-25 reps per drop
    Standing calf raise- 2 drop sets of 20-25 per drop

    Pretty sure my Sarm has saturated, since my weight has went up (wrong freakin direction, even with the carb cycling!) next 12 weeks are going to get good though. Stay tuned
