I thought this was interesting just sharing before bed. Some of you obviously know to get form correct and work on contractions before upping the weight but some may not. Great video, I love Kai. The guy is a monster.
 
How you lift how much you lift always trumps how much you lift. Focusing on the contraction and time under tension is what builds the size. Leave the ego at the door :) Good vid!
