I lose strength and fitness quickly

  1. I lose strength and fitness quickly

    I make pretty decent gains and strength increases quickly. And unlike most, i have ZERO problems gaining weight but it seems like whenever I stop training for a week or so my strength almost baselines. The same thing goes for my cardio strength and stamina. Does any one have these same issues? If so is there something that you do do fix this WITHOUT the use of anabolics?

  2. I've never heard if anything that drastic. I've heard of slight decreases in weight and stamina. Consistency is key! Just keep working out and don't take more than a few days off to play it safe!
