Straight up, I gained 16lbs in 4 days and I haven't had the motivation to workout since.. I used to be on it everyday. This sucks, what would you do?

Might want to see a doctor. Some underlying issues can cause rapid weight gain. Just better to check it out ya know
One time I started a cardio intensive cutting routine and did my first day of bleachers. When I got home from that session, I had a clearly defined 12 pack and my obliques could cut glass. I didn't think cutting gave enough of a challenge so I quit and started eating junk food all day instead. What should I do??
