Physique Competition Workout

  1. Physique Competition Workout


    I need a new workout routine! I workout 5 days a week. A different muscle group everyday. Abs 3 times a week. Legs 2 times a week. Cardio 3 times a week. Any help on a new routine day by day and the exercise/muscle that'd be awesome. I've tried looking some up but can't find any I like.

  2. Jus do what works..just Dont lift to grow because theres no way to grow in a caloric deficit. And make sure you dont over do it to allow for recovery

    Yeah.. that's pretty much what I've been doing. but it's the same old routine lol it's all good
