Okay, so I workout at home and I have a doorway pullup bar, that I can do chinups, pullups and neutral grip pullups, the trouble is I have long arms and trying to do a pullup on this thing is terrible. My grip has to be real close, I can't seem to get full rom and I feel alot of pressure in my triceps and shoulder pain. I can do chinups and neutral grip pullups just fine on it though.
