    Looking to maximize my cycle


    I'm on a 12 week cycle of test-E, EQ and Winnie. I'm 27 198lbs 17.29 body fat. I don't eat the best but I do maintain 3800-4000 cal a day. I want to gain size but also see the muscle. Any advise on what exercise would help with size, strength and a little "show"

    i know the perfect stuff. its called planning your workout before you cycle. i dont mean to be a dick but this should have been thought of before you even looked at what to use. do you know what PCT you are doing at least?

    Take this as you will but, If you don't have a sound understanding (well above average) grasp of training and nutrition or aren't being coached by someone who does, it is my opinion that you shouldn't be using gear.

    No offense intended, your questions are not that of someone who understands training.

    I've been training for 4 years now. I used to be 310lbs. I think I have a "grasp" on things. I'm trying to maximize my cycle. I'm not new to this. Just curious what others are doing.
