    So I've been lift for over 6 months 5 days a week, 150+ grams of protein a day I'm taking a multi and eating healthy most if the time, I don't do any cardio my weight is 185lbs and I'm
    5ft 11 my problem isim not seeing much of a difference in my body my arms are bigger chest are bigger but my problem
    Is I have big nipples and tbeniger my chest is the more they poke out lol... My stomach is getting much smaller I have a 33 in waist, should I've doing more cardio?? I eat and fruits and I guess have a better Irr
