I saw a thing on YouTube about doing drop sets. I decided to give it a try during my last 2 workouts. Any feedback on if it is effective? The burn/pump I get from them is amazing.

If you go to failure on all you wont hit 135 more than a 3 or so
Ya it's been tough as hell so far but the pump is incredible.
