Crossfit is the closest gym you'll find. Olympic weightlifting gyms are often times exclusive clubs and to get in you usually have to lift a retarded amount of weight from the floor to overhead.

domore, you might want to check out gary valentine's team CT weightlifting. I think he was out of Wilton.

It's not an olympic gym, but you might want to check out the open gym hours at Lightening Fitness in East Windsor CT. Its a strongman gym and they have a sweet set up with platforms and bumper plates. And the owner Matt is a strong, very knowledgeable dude.

These are the two that I can think of...I lived outside of Hartford for the past 4 years.

Thanks! I appreciate it. How is your research going on TMG? Any new research on other ergogenics?

It went well...in the midst of submitting it for publication. Next step is to see what TMG can do in a population that can greatly benefit from improved body comp, strength, power, and GH production....the elderly.

Its hard to stay abreast all the new ergogenics coming out and going away....but I'm willing to do some university studies anyone has ideas.

Enjoy Hartford, the Max restaurant group is great eating no matter which of their places in Hart you go to.

To which publication are you submitting? I'll definitely get a hold of the journal and check out your study. I like TMG, but I could never figure out how to correctly utilize it.

Oh, boy! I was in Hartford this summer, and I attended Restaurant Week. Easily put...It was awesome.
