Dynamic and max lifts in same week?

I've been checking out workout routines recently and a lot of them either contain more of a dynamic or a max effort routine. Is it bad to split max effort and dynamic workouts in one week? For instance, I was thinking of going max effort upper on Monday an max effort lower on Friday. Then dynamic upper Thursday and dynic lower on Tuesday. Any thoughts?

That's how it's supposed to be done except for want at least 3 days rest between ME and DE.

Why the three day rest? What if I don't feel too sore?
The concern after max effort days is the CNS. Even though you may not be sore, it doesn't necessarily mean your CNS has recovered adequately. Top end strength is heavily dependent on neural adaptations and contributions

Soreness has zero bearing of recovery. ME and DE are about training the nervous system for maximal strength and power.
