Rate my lifts

  1. Rate my lifts

    415x5 deadlift
    315x5 squat
    275x5 bench

I don't max often so I listed my 5 rep max.
Maxing on a lift there is much risk for injury.

  2. Why do you need someone to rate your lifts?

  3. See what to improve on. If my legs to upper body strength ratio is on point.

  4. Your squat is low in comparison to the others and avoiding maxing because there is a risk of injury is like not driving because you could get into a wreck.

  6. 6.5 on the Richter scale. The russian judges had you lower, but they are on the take.

  7. Agreed squat should be a little higher. But those are good numbers for 5 reps.
