    I've tried everything. But my left arm seems to be incapable of size gains. Ice tried using dumbbells, perfect form, doing stuff with my right arm to let my left arm rest, but in all my workouts I can only feel it In my right arm. My right arm gets pumped up and sore while my left feels nothing. The size difference between my arms is getting a lot worse. My left is losing a lot of size.


  2. Always start your lifts with your weak side.

    So if you're curling, start your set with your left arm, if you only get 8 reps, MATCH it with your right arm.
    Also, try adding in 1 extra set for your lacking muscles (your left arm( i did it and i started evening out pretty quickly.
    You are your own maker. Train dirty.

  3. instead of going super heavy try adding in more volume. Sets and higher reps 20 range
