    Circuit training ideas

Hey guys I wanna switch it up on do some circuit training once or twice a week with bodybuilding type work the other 4-3 days a week. What are some good circuits for strength gains? I was thinking a barbell complex. I wanted some kind of functional training aimed towards mma fighting. Thanks fellas

get a heavy sandbag, or tractor tire, or keg, or duffle bag filled with stuff, stones, sled, etc.

pick them up, carry them, push them, slide them, rinse and repeat. dont be so worries about reps, sets, or how long, just try and go heavier, further, and longer then before each time.
you can call me "ozzie" for short.
