Need of Help

So I've been lifting for a few years and I have huge ****ing shoulders that I absolutely love but they overshadow my chest and back and I don't know how to fix this. I know everyone's genetics are different but if anyone could throw me some tips or advice to help me figure out how to stop my shoulders from growing while I grow my chest and back it would be severely appreciated.

Sincerely, Rob

You cant stop a muscle group from growing(unless you completely stop working it). If there that big of a problem just work them every other week. While dong chest and back every week.

Problem is chest and back work involves shoulders. But yes if it is that big of a deal just avoid too much direct delt work

Without giving us some insight into what you're currently doing for all three areas, any recommendation is a shot in the dark.

What rodja said... Maybe you're doing too much pushing and not enough pulling movements

Post a picture if you can. If your front deltoids are overdeveloped in comparison to your chest, mid/rear delts, then its a pretty easy problem to diagnose, and with time and training changes, very fixable.

def dont stop going heavy on shoulder. Keep the intesity high on the lacking parts and maybe hit them first. Like if done same day high chest, tris then shoulders.
