Doing Roman Twists Correctly

When doing Roman Twists, can you have your feet resting on something or do you have to keep them up in the air?

if by never doing them again you are doing them correctly, then i agree.

the lumbar spine is designed to rotate 13 degrees. this is like the short (hour) hand on a clock going from 12:00 to 12:30! it’s nothing.
