Championship Bodybuilding by Chris Aceto is a book I would recommend anyone at any fitness level. Sorry if this topic doesn't belong here but I'm giving it a shot anyways. I see a lot of questions on here that the book already has answers to. Chris Aceto break's down everything barney style in this book and actually was the best investment I made next to creatine and protein lol. If you have time and a little bit of money to spare I suggest you buy this book. Just trying to help out alittle.
