I was reading a thread few minutes ago about how to make bigger shoulders. One suggested exercise was rotator cuff. I couldn't find any information as how it is done. Can someone please help me?

band external rotation,blackburn,rear cable flye,lying external rotation.
They won't really any a great deal of mass to the delts, but they keep the joint healthy and strong, which can lead to indirect growth.
