You are probably not practicing proper form, focusing on the muscle contraction for the movements and it could be you are not pushing yourself hard enough. Check out Arachidonic Acid (X-gels or X-Factor) and dose at 2-3g pre-workout only, I can assure you, you will get sore.

Also try to keep anti-inflammatory supplementation at least 3-4 hours away from the workout, either pre or post , just keep them away.

are you growing?

soreness/doms is not an indicator of building muscle..

Yeah soreness means squat. I rarely get sore and my gains are steady.

lack of intesity/ not executing drop sets supersets. lack of using heavy ass weight.

Yeah...I had this same problem. Then I realized, oh ****, I need to up my workout intensity. Solved the problem real quick.
