I've developed some tendinitis in my left hip. It's starting to get pretty bothersome. I think I may have developed it partially as a result of pause squats, which I've taken out and replaced with box squats. I've also started foam rolling the **** out of it and I'm going to take some anti-inflammatories, before and after squats.
Does anybody have any other suggestions as to what I can do to reduce the inflammation? I'm going together some joint fuel and fish oil today and I'm looking into TB-500 in the next few months, but my progress is going well and I am trying not to get side tracked by injury.
