    You can do them as isometric holds or you can do them for reps.

    I like to do levers as an isometric exercise and pull ups for reps.

  10. Chi ups and pullups are the best. Make sure you go all the way down and up.

    Db rows and tbar rows.

  11. T-bar rows with strip sets, croc rows, cable rows also wide grip chins. Those are my favorite.
