I was just wondering what you might recomend for a carb source for someone
that is carb sensitive? I am trying to get a 40/40/20 breakdown but am having
trouble getting it right without going to about 3,000 cals and this many carbs
makes me really bloated. By the way i think i am going to be getting in touch with
you for your cutting program.
