That all depends on what kind of music you like. If you like metal, I can tell you many songs that get me pumped up to lift, run, rip heads off anyone who steps in your way.

With weights I'm abuse the album immersion by pendulum. The song "crush" just gets me going.
Depends on Music preferences - In the Gym I listen to Metal but never listen to that normally lol
