Etc Wraps should be worn when Leg Pressing *example/600lbs* ..
I think whenever u feel it's Appropriate for you..could be 600 pounds..could be 200 pounds

If you're going heavy (whatever that means for you) and you're afraid of joint issues I would consider them.
For me I would use them if going for 3 or less reps or when pushing past plateaus. I personally wouldn't rely on them, unless you are competing and they are permitted in competiton
