Starting a cycle in about two weeks. I'm not great about using s specific routine but I'm going to force myself to do things perfectly while on cycle. What are some intermediate routines you guys recommend?
I do a three or four day split. I've tried a lot of routines on different cycles, and what's worked best is your regular chest/tris, back/bis legs one day etc routine. I'd say up the volume a little, I get great results when I do
