    2 month fitness bet


    Ok so somehow I got myself into a bet with a friend that after 2 months I will have a better physique than him. Like a contest of sorts. But I'm fasting for pretty much half of the 2 months for Ramadan. Anyone got some effective exersises or advice?

    Idk how much my bf percent is or How to get it. I'm 17 and hovering between 169-170 lb but im not anywhere near ripped if need be I can post pics

    ramadan will help you lose weight , especially revealing your abs , and if you keep training , 3 times a week, 1 hour and a half , and cordio in the morning , you will be in a gud shape , just keep urself motivated

    Lol but my ab muscles are puny and I've heard lots of bad things about crunches. All i do r leg raises and air bikes and planks. What else can I do for abs?
