Say my max is 200. And I want to max again. What should my warm ups be? How much weight, how many reps, and how many sets? Thank you

Depends on how many reps you're attempting to perform. I always recommend my clients keep the volume constant during the warm ups. If you're performing low reps that session, then you need to warm up your fast twitch fibers and you could do that through low reps.

I would personally use 50%, 75% and 90% of your 1RM and on your max attempts,

100lbs X 1
150lbs X 1
180lbs x 1
200lbs x 1
