Yesterday I had a lil low food for breaking the fast thou, but it was ok.
In the gym I trained Chest.
Dumbbell flat bench presses: 30 or 35kg dumbbell for 12 reps.
Dumbbell flat bench flyes: 10kg dumbbell for 17 reps.
Incline wide grip bench: 40kg for 12 reps. Really could go like 60 kg for 10. Soreness has gone and I think I CAN try lifting a bit heavy.
Decline bench press: 50kg for 12 reps. (over here again felt like I could go up with the weights)
I am certain that I will take the weights up from now on...
After the gym had like 200-300 gram of chicken along with 2 glasses of milk.
and at 1am I was feeling a bit hungry, had a hamburger and some chocolate cookies :P
The air conditioner is messed up! needs to b fixed!
