Just had stitches put in to my right mid thigh 4 days ago due to a deep laceration. I knw no training to any lower parts to body. Do u guys think training upper body is okay? Or can the tension frm lifting tear stitches? Should i jus wait the full 10 days till healed and stitches removed? Thanks for any info
^ Yes. If you've been training intensely, 10 days off might even be good for you. You'll come back refreshed and with renewed drive in the gym, and being out for that short a period of time won't really affect muscle mass or strength to a significant degree. Definitely not worth the risk of tearing the stitches!
Go hard. Go heavy. Never stop.
