I desperately need your help as i am getting mixed opinions....
I am dying for my 6 pacs, i used to have lots of fat around my waist and i managed to burn off most of it (including muscle size) after doing an intensive 1h 1/2 cardio 6 days a week.
Now i have got 4 packs and still struggling with the lower abdomen.
I heard i should do interval cardio for 20 mins, my worries are i will loose muscle size again as the interval cardio will make me sweat. Some told me small pace cardio for at least 30 mins
